Shell, am glad you shared that news with us all on here too, (thanks for telling me!) just don't go ice skating too often, ice is awful hard when you land on it! (I remember doing it myself!)
Shell, I would guess now that its been done, you just need to avoid doing either again when it is better, honey......doesn't really matter which it was that did the damage, main thing is get it better now! love and hugs.....
