I hope you don't mind me intruding on your thread, but I have followed some of your & your daughter's journey & I just wanted to say that I was sorry that the news wasn't as you had hoped yesterday. I wish Caz all the luck in the world with the trials!!
Hi, you are very welcome on here, don't feel you have to apologise, please! And thank you for your wishes too....I so hope things will pan out better than we are fearing at present.
We have had a mixed day, Caz's PET scan and bone marrow have already been arranged and of course the speed of that has got her panicking again, 'what if its now all over in my bone marrow and Prof wants to confirm that'.....but I have tried to reassure her that he probably suspected this might happen sometime and was ready to act when and if it did, also that as she goes to a tip top cancer hospital, they are able to get things moving fast, also that the NHS can be fast at times!
Then we have spotted that she has coal tits nesting very close to the house, and she has been video-ing and we have all been watching the parent birds coming and going so often, it made us all grin and cheer up a wee bit. she has now gone off to a local bit of work and will be back around midnight .We've been working hard in the house and garden too, its been gorgeous weather!
