Ah, thank you, Quill, how are things with you today? Did I see Charlotte has the barks back again?
Moomy
There are lots of asthma triggers, Quill you just have to learn what does it for her, and try your best to either avoid or at least make sure she has the blue inhaler ready, maybe take a dose before it happens, or at the very least, as soon as she feels the tiniest bit wheezy. Smoking sets mine off and sometimes cold with damp also exercise like running I have to take care, , but not smoking so much now as there just isn't so much about, is there?
Poor you, and poor Charlotte too, she must be getting fed up with it! I assume she had her whooping cough jabs ok? just a thought, as 30 plus years ago hubs caught it and was barking, gave it to our kids, Caz was 10 months old and wasn't too well, (neither was hubs!) it is the reason she can't take tablets, we tried her with all sorts of things to see if it is possible, but she just can't, she even has to chew her food up very thoroughly. Both she and hubs choke easily, have done ever since!
Hope you get good rest at night though, and Charlotte too, she has an important time ahead, hasn't she?!
love and hugs

Thanks Helen, She does have the blue inhaler about 2-3 times a day at the moment and the brown inhaler twice a day. She has a nasal steroid too at the moment which she has twice a day. She seems to get this every year about Oct - Feb then it is totally clear again. Some docs say it is a seasonal asthma others say its just a bad cough and another said it is croup they dont seem to know what it is. I took her back to the docs last Mon and they gave her breathing excercises to do as the coughing hurts her head and belly now, suppose its all the straining. She did have all her jabs as a baby, we wasnt going to let her have the whooping cough one as my brother is epaleptic and apparently it can be a trigger with that med but we decided to have it done and took a chance anyway. When I took her to a&e the doc there wanted her to see a peadiatric doc as he said it could be something to do with her upper airway, the wind pipe maybe, but my docs said she doesnt need to argh. I really dont know what to do with it all. She has her nativity on wednesday morning and is really looking forward to it, I just hope that I can get there some how as my op is on Tuesday she will be so upset if I cant.
My love and hugs to you all.

Well, she was a happier bunny today......I went down as early as I could, as there is a lovely tea shop nearby, and I managed to time it right so I could take a tasty breakfast up to her, she was so pleased and really enjoyed it! she has settled in her mind that Monday is the day to come out now which I think has made all the difference in her mood, and she is now settling down to work on designing another web site for somebody! The talent our lass has, wonder where she got it all from, lol!!!!?????!!!!!!
Interestingly, she is feeling strange, almost 'fizzing' sensations in the node in her neck, says it feels sort of tender.......it is probably the radiation working.
My love and hugs to all
