Had a good day to day
Took my daughter on the local garden center tour. The weather was very good. We both share the same type of humour
Two jokes from a 2010 calendar
"A Carrot was having an identity crisis and put himself through the shredder"
"Aurthur Cucumber and his brother played football today, both halves played in the match"
Where looking at the Christmas decorations every one made in China or Taiwan. It just amazes me that early in year there are whole container loads of Xmas decorations being transported across the world. Even Christmas is not carbon neutral
Just having silly thoughts again
Hi Helen,
Hope today is a better day for you dear lady, send you more ((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))).
Weather here is very calm but cold today, forecast for gales in the North tomorrow, so it is on its way.
Hope you are all well and no damage was caused by those awful storms in the south/south west.
Biggest of hugs and love to you all
Maryxxxx
P.S. liked your jokes Tony, glad you enjoyed your day with your daughter.
Hi, Mary and everyone, I'm quite a lot better today, thank you.......
Today has been sunny and breezy and milder and we got away without any damage, thank goodness as Sir wouldn't be able to manage to sort out fences or any heavy stuff out there any longer, just hope they last a good many more years!
Today we went to see son, and then did a little bit of gardening on our return, the lawn dried just enough to cut it late this afternoon, there is an area that badly needed building up so as we had some fine soil from all the alterations earlier this summer together with some grass seed, we have had a 'mend' session together and wired it all up against cats and birds!
I watched several starlings all bathing together this morning, they are the species that seem to love having a bath all year round! all I have to do is chip away the ice, get back inside and they are there!
My love and hugs to all
