I am starting treatment in a hospital in England. Can you tell me if I would be able to continue with that health provider if I relocate to Wales? It was always our plan to move soon and I’m wondering whether and when to go ahead?
If you are experiencing new symptoms please call NHS Direct on 111 and in an emergency please call 999.
