I was today diagnosed from an uninterested oncologist with stage IV breast cancer apparently in my lungs,liver and kidneys.I wasn't offered any treatment.why?

Has anyone on here taken part with clinical trials as my 19 grandson has been diagnosed and has to make a decision over the weekend. He has stage 3
