Chemo-radiotherapy finished 5 months ago but still have some very tired days particularly after work , should U be back to normal yet ? Had tnbc so on no medication now, just in fear may return !!!

Having a lot of effects only on day 2 most annoying is I find it painful to drink cold drinks. Just wounder if anyone has the same problem and what helps them
had a complete thyroidatomy 3 yrs ago, tested and all ok. Jan felt a large lump in the middle of my throat, had mri which showed another 2 lumps, had surgery to remove them,found out they removed 10 lymph nodes and pathology not happy so refer to Marsden
