  • Fit and healthy one day, cancer the next

    I was at work one day, the next I was told I had cancer, Leukemia with no immune system. I am a an active person doing mountain biking and running, entering events like Jane Thomlinson and race for life, now I can hardly walk out the door.
  • 5 tumours

    I was told yesterday 1 malignant in kidney (I only have 1, lost other in 2000 along with a 15cm tumour) 1 in stomach and 3 in pancreas, so one hell of a day yesterday!!! MDT meeting tomorrow so hopefully will know more by Friday. Will keep you informed.

  • Losing my mum to sepsis 5 months ago

    Sadly I lost my mum ages 47 5 months ago to sepsis. I was there when she took her last breath. I knew she was not going to make it through the night when I saw her during the day. To this day i keep getting flash backs off that last night.
