Nervous!

Hi, I'm about to have an MRI tomorrow on my pelvis and an b-day on my chest as I was diagnosed with cancer of the uterus and they want to see if it's spread. My question is: if they find anything untoward how long before I find out?

I have the Brca 1 gene. Been advised by my plastic surgeon to have my other breast done. Not sure wether to use my back with lipo fillers or to have a small implant. Or to lot my surgeon be the firist to do the sgap. in need of advice please.
