I am due to have my 1st. Prostate biopsy in two week time, and would be pleased to hear from anyone who has undergone this procedure as I don't know anybody who has ever experienced it. Any first hand knowledge would be much appreciated.
I look normal, I look healthy. As incredible as this is, it feels like a double edged sword. My life is FAR from normal, and my body is recovering from trauma that only those that have been through the same can understand.
Wouldn't it be a good idea if everyone on this site who are suffering with this dreadful illness or have lost someone could get together to help support and build a friendship, maybe we could put the area we live then meet up.
Desperately needing support from someone going through the same. My hubby who is 45 was diagnosed with inoperable bowel cancer in Feb this year. The 2nd round of EOX is wiping him out.

I started chemo and i had a pump for two days,so on day four i felt strange in the throat.It wasn't painfull,or spasm.But as if pressure was applied.I could eat/drink/swallow/breathe with no difficulty,but just wondered if anyone else had this experien
my mum is in her last stages of secondary liver cancer. What can i expect in her last stages? The nurses have said they believe she has about a week left before she passes. Please help me understand better.
