    hi everyone, had op 6 months ago, tumour along with entire hamstring, I still believe mine was caused by a trauma in my leg previous. the frustration of being asked how do I feel it happened and then being told coincidental!!!
  • My Breastcancer 'Chemo before Surgery' journey

    I was diagnosed with breastcancer 'Tripple negative'. It was decided that I should undergo chemotheraphy before surgery in order to shrink the tumor, so the surgery would not be too invasive. My journey started on the 2nd of June 2014.

    I was diagnosed with stage 3 and had the Whipple op in Feb 2014, spent 8 days in hospital and took 4 months for the wound to heal, pain, nausea all controlled by drugs.

    Now 2 months into 6 months of chemo, tired, nauseous and thinning hair but the wig is better then my real hair ever was, lost 2 stone in weight, have been trying to loose weight for years. All positive, I hope I am a survivor, time will tell.

    My doctor said they graded me based off the lump they found and I was a B4 waiting for biospy results!
  • Maxillary sinus cancer

    I have been diagnosed with maxillary sinus cancer (squamous cell) on the left side of my face. The cancer has spread into my jaw, palate and gums. I am scheduled to have major resectioning of my face next Friday, the 20th.

    My son is 12 and he has a breast lump, it is getting bigger and hurts when he touches it. He is extremely worried about this, please help by telling me what this could be and whether or not surgery is needed
