    Feeling pretty low at the moment, i was hoping to sort things out with mt ex but she said no so going through his alone, i have had to transfer hospitals and now have appointment on 26th march to see the consultant for my bladder cancer reucurrance.

    Today has been very hard. Mum is still very ill, and in hospital. My husband and I went to see her. Hard to come to terms with it will be our last Mother's Day together. Happy Mother's day to all mums out there xx

  • Learning to Swim... Properly

    After my first triathlon last year I decided I needed to learn front crawl properly. I didn't do much swimming training beforehand and it showed. I struggled round, having to resort to front crawl and went into the cycling leg feeling exhausted.
