My 8 year old son has an inoperable ependymona wrapped around brain stem.
He has had two rounds of chemo following initial surgery to debulk the tumor in February. Arrived in Oklahoma on Friday 11th May 2012 and start proton treatment any day.
My husband had been diagnosed with bladder cancer that thankfully is contained in the bladder. Advice needed should he go for BCG treatment or bladder, prostate and urether removal.
I have had conflicting advice about this condition and have found no one who has ever heard of it before. Please get in touch if you have had or are having treatment for VIN. Thank you x
Would appreciate any tips for my first session of chemo, which is starting about the middle of June - I am quite terrified of this and whatever I do at the moment doesnt seem to help the way I feel.
