    finished my chemo and radiotherapy 2 weeks ago surely i should feel relief or something ? just keep bursting into tears feel anxious JUST WANT TO FEEL NORMAL!
  • Can anyone help me with my diet please

    I had surgery for a tumour in my transverse colon. Over op well but cancer cells found in 2 lymph nodes. I'm on Cepecitabine tablets and Oxaliplatin by iv. Started last week. (1st of 12 2 wk cycles). Can I eat Yoghurt? Thanks.
  • Loss of my partner and my own cancer

    I have just lost my partner to cancer after just 5 weeks diagnosis. At the same time I found out about my own ovarian cancer, had a hysterectomy and now a week after my partners funeral have just stated chemo !!! How am I going to get through this???

    Under Barts and starting chemo and stem cell. Not a spa weekend or a dip in a hot tub but i am sure Julie and i will find something to giggle about, we always do.

  • Anastrozole

    I was prescribed this drug but reacted strangely and had to come off treatment. I had pain beneath ribcage and skin palour turned a grey green. Has anyone heard of this.

    Have had the lumps removed the chemo and radio and now started the herceptin Had such a bad reaction to the start of my herceptin yesterday spent 8hrs at the hospital with the shakes, high temp and erratic BP. Anyone had similar?

  • Being the best granddaughter i can!

    As the title says..... I'm trying to be the best granddaughter that i can to my "dayma" nan. She was diagnosed with lung cancer in july. I plan on doing everything, I prey that the chemo tablets give me more time to enjoy my nan!!
