My neighbor during my cml transplant, now best friend, has now got cml after 15 yrs clear of cml, I was wondering if anyone could help me understand. Is this a relapse?

due to side effects I have finished my weekly pacliataxel after 10 instead of 12.I had 3 fec before this.anyone else finished before end of cycle.I did speak with onc about this and he said he has people finish on 9.Just wanted few opinions.Elaine.
