Starting on Capecitabine and feeling nervous

What can I expect from Capecitabine? Start 12th April for 6 months Will I be able to work? Been told about hands and feet have bought the udderly smooth cream also told it causes cisirscto loo! Does it make you feel sick? How have people been on it?
