Advice and anybody's experience please

Hi all, I'm very concerned about my father. The past couple of weeks he has deteriorated again. He is very rattley sleeping nearly all the time and gets very agitated groaning as in pain. Are these signs that the end is near?

Letrozole after tamoxifen

Just when I thought after 5 yrs on tamoxifenI would b free of taking tablets, now am told by my consultant that I have to take Letorozole. Anyone else had this experience please?

Mum just finished a course of chemo and had a scan yesterday morning they have asked her to come in early for results - is there any other reason they could call her in other than the worst?

feeling down

I start my first chemo session tomorrow, I am so scared I feel sick, going to try the cold cap just hope it does as anybody else tryed it and kept there hair.
