Actually slept fairly well and woken up not too bad. Usual tiredness, but not too bad. Constipation has found me again over the last couple of days; so back on the ol’ poo tabs ( gross I know- but part of the ride )
Slept a little better last night even though I woke twice, I dreamt; so I guess that meant I hit a deep sleep at some point. Stomach ache today but missed breakfast ( naughty ). so lunch is on the go
