hi every one its been a while since i did a blog . not been feeling to good but getting there now i think. radiotherapy started on tuesday 30th dec seems to be going ok so far . i am told it can make you very tired but i am always tired of late so not sure if i will see any difference in that.hope to get this over with last seesion is on 21st of jan so want to give myself a few weeks after that then hopefully try to get fit ,well sort off wasnt that fit before so that should be fun lol.this last year has been such a rollercoaster of emotions its made me sit up & think a lot & i have found out who are my true friends ,one or two ran for the hills on my diagnosis but the true friends have been my rocks one of whom doris who lost her husband last october has always taken me to chemo & waited for me she is now driving me every morning to leeds for radio even with her own pain she has been there for me for that i will always be gratefull she bought me a beautifull locket for christmas with these words inscriped on the back a best friend is like a 4 leaf clover hard to find but lucky to have that also sums up how i feel about her she is truley one in a million . i am lucky to have such a kind hearted person in my life. my kids are doing ok now as well they seem to have got their heads around my cancer & since my hair has started to grow back i can see some kind of normal on the horizon though life will never be the same hopefully it can be better . hope everyone is as well as you can be & had a great christmas & new year take care with love n hugs to all love theresa xxxxxxx
