Well it is true, your world can turn on its head in a matter of moments. I had a mammogram on Monday 28th Sept followed by a biopsy on Tuesday and seeing consultant again on Monday 5th October for final results and plan of action.
I came onto this website on Monday terrified, but my god what wonderful people are on here. The encouragement that I have had and the inspiration is awesome. I never expected to be in this position ( I don't suppose anyone does) but here I am and I now realise I am not the only one.
Today is the first day I have not felt sick to my stomach and have even managed a Dorito or 2 ...big step for me and that feeling of impending doom is nowhere near as heavy.
This is all down to the wonderful people that have messaged me and reassured me and I cannot thank you all enough.
Take care everyone
Love Terri xxx
