OK I may have missed the deadline but the wishes were still sincere.You were 1 year and 14days old when I was born. A war baby. Do you remember the rationing, No pampers nappies for us. No TV. No computerised toys. No plastic drinks bottles. No central heating. No double glazing. No constant hot water. No automatic washing Machines. Very few folk had cars. Travel to Australia was still by steam ship and took 42days. I hope you have many more birthdays to celebrate old friend.
