its a sad affair

Less than one minute read time.

While being on the chat room, there has been alot of people talking about people being on this site and pretending they are ill. It is a really shame that people could act in this way when so many of us have suffered and still suffering but trying to hold their heads up and keep going. When i first came on i was made to feel very welcome which made me feel at ease and even more happy to keep coming back, but due to these people it makes it harder for us newcomers to fit in as trust has been affected. I hope that we arent all labelled the same and given a chance to fit in and build up friends, as there is a great funny bunch of great individuals using the chat rooms which have lifted my spirits when i have been on. For those who are making up stories i want you to know that you actions are having an inpact on us newcomers and we want a chance to fit in too and not be judged by your actions trust and honestly is the must lov sarah s

I didn't really know at the time but it was just some of the stuff that was being said I thought it strange at the time but I think looking back it was all untrue. I suppose it was just a "feeling". but I have not been back into the chat room since

sometimes peoples stories can just ring a little false, especially if they are talking about treatment, but honest Cheryl, even though these people that do this sort of thing are a bit potty, well, they can't do us any real harm i don't think, maybe make us feel a bit gullible, but thats all

I find it incredibly hard to believe that someone would fake a cancer story on any wesite, but particularly on this one!

As Alison said ....... if they are here they need to be pitied.
