Had my pre op today before the removal of fibroid next Monday.
Everyone was very nice, especially when I said 'By the way any news on my biopsy?'
Well good news is the biopsy of womb lining is clear - sigh of relief.
Not so good news is that I have to have fibroid and anything else that is removed next week sent for tests so i am not 100% in the clear yet.
BUT having checked on what they are doing sending stuff to pathology is normal from this kind of procedure.
The sister said 'Who's doing the op?' oh right if they were really concerned you would be on a different list - reassuring.
So more waiting but round 1 seems to be all clear.
Operation next Monday it is then. maybe some chance to breathe again
