Had my scan yesterday, so hopefully I can move on now. Seeing the surgeon on the 27th of this month for decision on what happens next so I am very optimistic about the whole thing now. Thank you all very much for your support thus far it seems to have been a long haul but I WILL WIN!!

just thought i would say hello and find out if i am posting correctly. 4am i am wide awake drinking coffee and having a choccy biccy, hi to everyone and hope you all had a good christmas, here's to a happier new year.

had my angiogram yesterday and a double by pass would be required but unfortunately with the internal bleeding he is unable to operate on it, however he has given me drug treatment to keep the arteries wide open which i will have to take forever i suppose/ the really good news is that the cardiologist has ok'd surgery on my tumour so it will be back to the cancer clinic very soon. It has been a long haul up to yet…

thought i would tell of my experience of having to wait 6 weeks for an appt with a cadiologist, and how today i got my appt but only because i wentin to the hospital and demanded it. i think we all have to demand our treatment and not have to wait for weeks on end.

i would simply like to say a big thank you to everyone who has encouraged me since i joined this site, one of you even gave metheir phone number. Your encouragement has given me a huge boost as i was beginning to feel a bit down last week. I am still dreading my treatnent when it eventually happens, but not nearly so much as before i met you guys, thank you very much from Ricky (pollensarick)
