The result came back my white blood cells are low so I am not fighting infection. I have a high liver marker and my thyroid is not working properly I feel really poorly and deflated.i am off work again which I am upset about. Has anyone got any experience of this or similar? • So sorry you are feeling low. i finished chemotherapy in September and three weeks later had an anxiety attach , which led to depression. First time for me, i am taking a low dosage of anti depressant, Go for lots of walk in the forest to get rid of low mood. Wishing you all the best.

  • Hello quakers. Thank you so much for your message! How are you feeling now? I find being at work and taking my mind off things works for me right now. I am seeing my consultant next Wednesday so I will discuss possible medication with him. I really appreciate your time! You take care. Jackie

  • hi Jackie i hope you are feeling a little better. i am doing ok thank you. i try to be outside as much as possible in the woods crunching leaves underfoot. The colours are amazing and i bump into different people and have a chat. Little by little we will get there. My daughter recommended a book called A pocketful of happiness. I dont log in very often as i prefer the outdoors. All the very best, quakers.

  • Hello Quakers you sound very similar to me! I love the autumn, the colours and smells of winter! Everything looks amazing! Crazy when you think that nature is dying making way for new life. This is my mindset going forward. Hopefully this journey we find or found ourselves on is allowing a new view and perspective a new value to every day, never take things for granted, live for the moment! One step at a time! Thank you again for contacting me  it means the world! Please look after yourself. Give my best to your family x
