I had so much fun today, totally unexpected. I went in to my appointment with the wig lady with no real expectations, admittedly not very clear on what I wanted and certainly quite sceptical that I'd really use a wig that much,
Jo and Dawn from Hair Flair Designs couldn't have been better. We started with a short brown style, quite like my real hair before the grey. I looked a bit washed out, so we tried a few more, going for lighter and finally a bit longer. With my daughter on FaceTime, providing the honest opinion that only a 22 year old can, I finally decided on a new look. A shoulder length, shaggy blond that I am convinced makes me look 10 years younger!
So I love it. I’ve worn it all afternoon, it's pretty comfy and it didn't blow away when I went out for a walk. And even better, wash once a fortnight and no blow drying, perfect!
