my sister keeps tellin us im ok im ok dont worry she pretends shes alrite cos she doesnt want us fallin apart i am fallaing apart my sister is dying i cant help i cant take this from her i swear to god i wish i could pls god spare my sister

hello myhope - so sorry to hear of your sisters diagnosis - wish i knew of something to say to make you feel better/stronger ???? - im totally stuck for words .........((hugs)) xNx
you sound like my sisters (whom i love)... i have four, and from your sisters perspective... well it is not easy looking into your family`s eyes and know that the pain in them is caused by you... you try to shield them from as much of it as possible..... i know i would never want any of my family to have to go through this, or swap places, the only thing i can do is try to save them from as much as possible.... yes i know it doesnt really work.. cos they worry anyway....but really what else can you do.... if i let them know every little ache pain and sleepless night then they would have to live it with me.... so let her feel like she is sparing you at least a little of the pain she feels she is causing... she`s doing it cos she loves you and it makes her feel better.... pone of the things that isnt talked about a lot is the guilt that goes with having terminal cancer.... knowing that your the reason everyone is in pain ... how no ones life will ever be the same, because of you... i know your pain because i see it in my sisters, brothers, parents, daughter`s and my beloved husbands eyes everyday,if your sister could take it away she would.....try to be strong... it will help her.. i promise...(((((((((((((hugs))))))))))
