My Diary --Rays scan results

1 minute read time.
We sat and waited until the Doctor found this morning (this is all new to us waiting for a Consultation on the phone, the medical world has changed hasn't it)
When the phone finally rang the Doctor told Ray he has not got Mesothelioma but has got Air pockets and scaring in the lungs and Chronic Pulmonary Edema,  Emphysema and has to be tested on a Spirometry to see how much Lung capacity he has but his appointment is for April 1st. As the Clinic is held in the Health Centre.
So they are sorting him out by a full investigation.
These scans are brilliant nowadays aren't they as he didn't know he had any of this, all Ray worried about  was  that he is getting a bit out of breath in the cold wind and a little chest pain when we go for the dog walk so he was worried he had the same as me.
It is caused by asbestos or chemical inhaling or smoking or in Rays case all of those things.

So we can had a lunch of Jacket Potato with Cheese melted on top and set off for Tankerton slopes again with Louis.

I was able to throw a ball and kept the dog running to chase and to expand his exercise for him as he is such a lively boy and he needs more exercises than we can give him nowadays. We used to walk 7-14 miles not long ago when we first moved down here to the Kent coast.
Oh dear growing old and unhealthy is such a bore.
Im back on my water tablets as I keep swelling up, to much sitting around to much.

I had a Pizza for dinner with loads of cooked tomatoes and mushrooms.
