DOUBLE CELEBRATION!

today is the anniversary of the day the doctors told me i had 3 to 4 months to live...... 2 years on and i am still here..... 1 year and 8 months past my sell by date, i have finished my bucket list and lots more besides... reached the ripe old age of 50..... its been 11 years since my first dx with breast cancer... so i suppose in cancer terms thats a lot ...lol...as i said ... im still here and apart from a little pain in my liver i`m feeling good.... me and my sisters are doing the race for life in june... im going to do a tandem skydive for macmillan... and im doing matron of honour for one of my sisters  (3rd time wedding lol)... i`ve started a new bucket list as , to be honest didnt really think i had the time to finish the first... but just now i feel like i could live forever.....so thats the first celebration, BEING ALIVE! ha ha ha....the second?..... im northern irish ...and its ...              ST PATRICKS DAY hope you all have a great one

courage ..... is when your scared to death..... but you saddle up anyway

    congratulations liz, I havnt been on for a while but its great to see good news, i havnt got any champers but nicked a drink out of hubbys wine glass while hes watching footy, congrats again again again again etc

    Well Sis you have done it --- two years on from the  news that shattered all of us you are here and have more strength that I will ever have, you have  fought everything that has come your way, and have made me appreciate what life is all about.   I look up to you with such admiration   (althought I will never show that lol)  just remember we are in this together and I will always be here for you no matter how tough things are for you.  Love you xxx
