    The Help for Heroes night. After weeks, nay months of planning, me and George, my partner in crime, finally got to the H4H night. We had five acts performing – all free of charge and a charity auction with some football memorabilia including a number of Sir Bobby Robson items who as we all know fought the filth so hard and set up his own charity.

    Now then, dear reader. Let me continue with my ramblings. I took the day off work and Tim and I stripped out the old suspension arm, me lying down under the car and Tim sitting on a chair doing the Tim bits.
