Debs Daily Deliberations 172

3 minute read time.

Sunday and I woke exhausted, nauseaus and feeling like a pile of poo quite frankly, not sure I could describe it any other way. Buttercup had waged war on me ALL night and she was winning no question of even trying to fight back. Hubby looked at me and knew what I was going to say "I don't feel up to going out for lunch", I knew he was disappointed, the sun was already shining and it looked like being a beautiful day and lunch out with our friends (his club partner & wife) would have been great......had Buttercup not had other plans. Tony was pretty quiet after we got up and in my sleep deprived, swollen brained pyschotic state I thought he had the "hump" with me. He said he didn't was just disappointed about lunch but we can easily re-schedule that.

I went and ran myself a nice bubble bath hoping to soothe Buttercup to sleep and I could smell sausages!! Got out of the bath to a gorgeous sausage sarnie and cup of tea (this should get the downstairs department "moving")but what did I do, managed to drop tomato ketchup down my gorgeous Harrah's casino white bathrobe my friend in Florida sent me. I put a soda crystal paste on the stain and put it straight into wash but when it came out - still a faint pink mark! I am going to blame Buttercup for that, she didn't do of course, but she has been a b*tch all week so deserves it LOL

Lounged around on the sofa and didn't even turn the computer on till after lunchtime ... couldn't bare the thought of sitting in front of the monitor with the headache from hell. Finally around 4-5pm ish I started to feel better and mooched through the cupboards and fridge to find something for dinner. We had bought some pizza's for the kids, thinking we wouldn't want much after going out to lunch! I am not keen on pizza so found a few baking potato's - I seem to have a thing for jacket spuds at the mo. Got the butter out and.....bless my darling husband, he failed to mention there was less than a teaspoon of Bertolli left after making the cholesterole sarnies!!!!!!! So we had to pop to Tesco's, did me a favour cos I cheated and bought pre-packed sandwiches, wraps and a salad for the kids and Tony for school/work on Monday - would save me time, also a tin of baked beans for our jacket spuds as Tony decided to have the same.

Ironed the rest of the school uniform and PE Kits and sat down for yet another instalment of X Factor.....now those of you watching, I sound nothing like Stacey Solomon from Dagenham (ackkkkk typical Essex Girl) however, she does make me laugh......"OMG I can 'ardly breave" and how many times does she say "like". Mind you two peeps from Essex in the final 6, we are a talented lot you know. Tony grunted and groaned over the top of his laptop and it was all a bit farcical I have to agree.....but I was waiting for 9pm new series of HOUSE, yipee, I love it but so thankful he isn't my consultant LOL

Back in bed by 10pm with no headache, but when I woke around 3am ish to go the loo...the feckin headache was back......what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seem to have done more moaning in the last few blogs than I have in the previous 160 odd.....grrrrrrrrr

Thought for today:
Life's a long headache in a noisy street

I think I need a few words with Buttercup. She seems to be giving you a hard time at the moment.............................buzz off Buttercup!!!

The X Factor is my 'must watch' programme. What the heck was Louis thinking by putting through the twins? What was that all about?

You've given me an idea for lunch today Debs........jacket spud with baked beans....yum yum. Now does that class as a healthy option or not? I've already pledged to be a good girl foodwise on Leigh's blog, so I mustn't waver too soon.

Hope Buttercup gives you a break today.

    Love Angela xxx

I always thought Jacket Spuds were quite healthy, depending on how much butter or 'spread' you use in them and cheese or fillings !!!!

I know....the Twat Twins......do you think the fact they were Irish had anything to do with persuading Louis LOL

I am feeling much better today girls thank you x

Awwww Debs ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))) for you and a great big (((((((((((((kick in the butt)))))))))))))) for Buttercup.  How dare she cause you so much pain and upset.

Hope you are feeling a little bit better today.   Why shouldn't you moan? It is allowed so long as you don't start to wallow in your own misery.

Hey what's wrong with having Dr. House as your consultant??????  He ususally gets there in the end. After putting his 'victims through hell' lol.

Be kind to yourself Debs x x

Debs you sound just like me whenever Loggy's quiet, I always take it he's got the hump with me. Tony was probably disappointed about lunch but I think it would have more to do with you. Listen girlfiend ever thought he might be worried sick about you, especially this last week.  Debs I hope Buttercup fecks off pretty soon.

    Love Life Laughter
