Monday started out pretty well, got the kids off to school and hung out washing, cleared poop and took all my poison on schedule. Still feeling well, I did the daily walk to Tesco's for the fresh air, exercise & groceries. Came home and vacuumed the lounge as Ollie had eaten some cardboard and left a trail of it everywhere. My cousin telephoned and we sat and moaned about our kids for almost an hour and it was almost time for my lot to start arriving home.
I went into the kitchen and prepared two versions of Red Chicken and had them in the oven as one by one the kids came through the door followed shortly after by Tony. We had dinner early as Tony and Paul were off to karate over Ilford way early evening. I washed up after dinner and settled down in the lounge with the dogs. At 9pm Sean and myself watched the premiere of the new show Flash Forward, seemed ok but I was actually starting to feel quite nauseaus and just about made it to the end of the programme. I didn't want to take anti-nausea tabs at 10pm so just went to bed.......not a good night was had by me. Thankfully I wasn't too sick but got up several times gagging and didn't get much sleep.
Short blog today because I actually don't feel much better today plus I have Jack home in bed ill with the MAN FLU now. Still day two of this cycle and three more to get through.
Thought for the day:
There is a saying that the earth upon which we fall is the same ground which enables us to push ourselves up again.
