My boob job

1 minute read time.
Hi folks, I'm back and more of a woman than ever!! Thank you all for your wonderful support. It was great to know you were all just a click away. The Operation went well. I was given an inflatable implant and back flap. No pain at all, just a bit of discomfort where the port for injecting the saline into, has been put. I decided to take step by step pics from now till all is finished just in case anyone in the future is wanting to know what it looks like immediately after the op, as it was a bit of a shock to me. But I have now got used to it and as there is still a ways to go before I have the finished article I am being more realistic. The scars are very neat but as I am still very bruised it looks a bit like a melon that has been hit with a frying pan, te he. I go for my first inflating injection in 2 weeks. shan't have many as I don't want to be much bigger than what they have put there now. When it is all done and I am happy with it, I will be going in for a bit or corrective surgery on the other one, (a little face lift)! So I should have a matching pair for Christmas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hospital. No im not a sad so and so. I was in a military hospital. The staff were fantastic, the morale between them was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was 1st class. But the icing on the cake was being visited every morning by a bunch of uniforms, enough to brighten any girls day.

I have been for my second pump up and decided that it was big enough even tho i had only had one pump up. My plastic surgeon didnt seem convinced. I was signed off till september. So if i change my mind between now and then i can get it pumped up a bit more.

I had a red patch on the inside edge which he remarked on but seemed to think it was ok.

That was 2 weeks ago. This week i had to go to the docs cos it had gone purple. On the very edge where it joins my healthy skin, I could feel itching. It turns out i have a skin infection so lots of penicillin to take.  Now it is shiny and peeling so me thinks i will be off to see the great man on Monday.

Beside that, the shape is really good and im getting used to it being there after 3 years with nothing.

Sorry to hear about the itching and sore patch:  I hope that clears up soon with all the penicillin. I'm so glad you are pleased with the new you.  It must feel so strange being back to the shape you were three years ago - strange and wonderful! Lovely to have you back on site, as it has seemed a long week with you on Radio Silence.  xxx (and xxx to April) Penny

Well folks, twas a pretty crap weekend. First i miss footed and hurt my hip, could hardly walk. hobbled home like a little old woman. Then my friend said she would trim my hedges for me, so to be helpful i decided to sit down and rake up the bits for her. I sat on the biggest splinter imaginable. That has now become infected despite being on Penicillin. Went to the hospital today and ........ got to go in tomorrow or wed and have my implant out because my body has rejected it, causing an infection to the skin. They are gonna just leave me with my back flap for now. Once all has healed fully, they will put a regular implant in. Drat, was intending to go back to work next week. So off to play with the electric beds again.

    love to all xxxx

I am so sorry to hear about everything that has happened - even one of the first two things would be bad enough, but to have the implant rejected must feel emotionally as well as physically hard.  Why is someone as lovely as you having all these things happen?  Life definitely NOT FAIR.  Thinking about you xxx Penny
