  • My dear Friend Julie is a reflexologist and a naturally positive person

  • Was meant to continue but pressed send by mistake! That's a laugh in itself! Julie's saying to me over these past months has been 'every day in every way I am getting better and better'

  • Got a yorkipoo on Saturday  , she's amazing !

  • Put on some music and dance or tap a toe xx

  • My thing is music. It has really helped me in bad times. I still can't play things that remind me of Barry. Not yet anyway.

I try things that are " neutral " that make me smile and sometimes even a little dance. I bought myself a really nice  Hi Fi system before Christmas. I have loads of cassettes, CDs and the wonderful vinyl. Love the whole process of putting the record on the turntable ! For us oldies here you will understand. My playlist today is Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, George Benson and Al Jarreau.

I even have little ones 45 rpm of The Jackson Five, Stevie Wonder ( when he was Little Stevie Wonder )

    It really has helped me.
