Well what can i say he has lost his fight. My dad passed away peacefully at 13.40 today after just over a year of fighting. Thank you for all your help and support. Im doing as expected trying to keep my promise i made him and staying strong its hard but helping if you know what i mean.

I am so very very sorry to hear about your dad, I have not been looking forward to reading this blog, as we knew it was coming,You know you are our friend to every one of us who talk to you most nights. We all lit a candle for your dad last night in chat, your head must be swimming with emotions.
When you are ready we are here to help your through the journey that lies ahead. In the meantime just concentrate on you and your lovely wee family to get throught this the best you can.

PS We all make promises to those we love. to make them feel better, but your dad would forgive you if you are not strong, no one expects you to be in this situation.
I am so sad for you. Nothing I say can possibly make you feel better. I just want you to know that I will pray for you and your family and hope that you can find the strength from somewhere to get you through the next few weeks. Although dad wants you to be strong Claire he will understand that you have to grieve.
