In my last blog I mentioned going to back to work, well I am going back to work...next week!! I spoke to a colleague from the salon where I used to work and she said they desperately needed someone else. So I told her I was going to ring Tash today, the salon owner and at 7.30 this morning I got a text saying when you comin back then Thursday, Friday, Saturday?? From Tash!! I went in this morning and had a chat with them and they seem really glad I am going back so that made me feel loads better. I was a bit nervous as I felt I had left it a bit long and then things get awkward. I am just going to do a couple of hours a few days a week and see how it goes. They have invited us to the xmas do and also a night out next Saturday so I feel really welcomed in again. So as of Monday I will be a practising Therapist once more yay!!
I know this is really not anything to do with cancer but its a really big step for me right now. I had felt I didnt think I could do it anymore but I am so excited and its really going to help our money situation. Also my lovely nan popped in this morning and brought me an acrylic nail kit so I am going to do that from home too. I cant tell you how lifted I feel today its amazing!
