Oh my goodness!! I dont know what to make of this new site and have only just been able to get on today as since I got back from New York the whole thing was down!!! Dont get me wrong I like it but its very different!
So where do I start!! I have had 2 cycles of Hercpetin now and both have been uneventful, had my port put in which was fine too. Bit sore for a few days but its all settled down nicley now. I had a follow up with my onc who was very pleased the lumps in my neck have gone already, this has made me feel very positive and helped me come to terms with all this no end!! Its a very good start anyway.
New York was absolutely amazing am still soooo tired as we crammed loads in the 5 days we were there. I will put some pics on. The bet bit for me was we got a tip about where they were filming the new Sex and the City movie so we got down there and got some great pics!! Was a bit sad to leave but glad to gt home as I missed the kiddies so much and couldnt wait to give them their prezzies. Also I treated myself to some 'essentials' eg Tiffany earrings and Juicy Couture bag and perfume amoung other things!!! ;-)
Ooh what else...I have prob forgot loads!! I am holding a Macmillan coffee morning on Friday at the School, I have had one the last 2 years at home and have done quite well so I thought the school would be better. They have been great letting me do it and really helpful.
I have had a visit the day we were leaving for NY which has thrown a spanner in the works so to speak and has left me a bit unsettled but I will tell you all about that in my next blog. Its a bit off topic for this site.
Anyways hope you are all fab and things are going well I am going to try catch up with everyone asap.
