Well its about time i had some good news
As many of you already know i have been waiting for such a long time to have some sort of plan of action
Well i got one now the results of the test i have been waiting for still havent come back but instead of waiting anymore i will start my chemo next wednesday the 10th december 08
Not sure how many sessions yet but atleast its starting i will have basic chemo the first time and if the test is back and it is positive by the second one i will have the new drug along with the basic chemo so good news

You have had to wait so long I am very glad that at long last they are setting you on the starting blocks! I really hope that your first chemo session goes well, and the test results come back the best they possibly can. Sending you hugs and thinking of you. It'll feel strange that first day, but everyone else there will be friendly and you will know that you are not alone having this treatment.
Hi Rose - glad to hear that you now have a date to pin your eyes on. I think all the waiting around is what takes it's toll on us, that and the not knowing. Sadly both bedfellows of this cowardly disease. I wish only good things for you Rose, and I hope your path stays nice and clear. I'm sure you'll keep us all updated.
