Under the weather

Hi Biggles,

I know exactly how you feel. I think it is one of the most frustrating things about cancer that you have no control and things can change for good and bad whenever it feels like!

I have a good cry or shout and that sorts me out for a few weeks so go have a scream it will make you feel better.

Screaming is GOOD! I also find going to the bottle bank and dropping glass bottles from a great height into the containers and hearing that satisfying crash is very therapeutic!!!

Scream ... shout ... it is an unfair really crap cruel disease, you shout so loud that they think you're a snow storm (to be topical!). Then open a bottle of wine put something funny on TV and start again. Tomorrow will be a better day ... feel like Annie now 'the sun will come out tomorrow ... tomorrow just you wait and see'  x

It is good to let all the negative feelings out, then the positive ones have more room! I totally agree with Kate and love smashing bottles at the bottle bank....Extremely satisfying.
