    Hi Andrew

    I am new to this site and have at last plucked up the courage to make a comment! Glad you are back. Have been following your blog for a while now.  My dad went in on Wednesday for a radical cystectomy.  Op lasted 10 hours which was a bit of a shock.  He was in intensive care for a couple of days and on a ventilator for 12 hours.  Has now been "downgraded" to high dependency.  He is still being fed by tube, but does seem to be picking up now.  Really looking forward to your blog tomorrow.xx
