First i would like to thank all off you for the support you have given me over this matter. Gave boss my new letter this morning along with the letter from doc and result is from next monday i am now on 32 hrs a week instead of 39 .
When the manager told me he said he did not know why the boss did not do it in first place a bit of a power trip he reackons . He also said boss had been on to his solicitors and was told he did not have a leg to stand on so i got the reduction in hrs great again thanks xxx
