Hi everyone this is my first blog and this is all new to me, since being diagnosed with bladder cancer i have tried numerous insurance companies and i have had some ridiculous quotes, i am going to Lanzarote in september for one week and was staggered with quotes such as £ 358, £278 well at least there getting cheaper. Can anyone recommend anywhere that they may have used, can i just add that my cancer did not spread outside the bladder but i am receiving B.C.G. treatment at home. I would appreciate any help. Thanks to everyone for their replies, i think i will go along with Jonboy09 and exclude the bladder cancer, i did ask my Health Care Specialist what problems could i possibly encounter as i am only away for a week in Spain and she replied to me your condition will cause you no problems whatsoever. She said insurance companies are there to make money and will seize every opprtunity to do so. I AGREE.

Hi everyone after some ridiculous quotes for holiday insurance i was pondering over to exclude my bladder cancer in the hope i will be o.k. as did jonboy, i was to be honest a bit concerned that should i have any problems i would not be covered.

Good news i now have a quote for £67.30 from World Travel Services ( Rothley and Towers ) and they were very helpful, big difference from £378 and £249 previously quoted, hope this helps anyone who might be looking.
