Thanks Sarsfield and anyone else who has taken the time to fill in the survey!

Attempted to fill in the survey but the tab for 'Other' is missing on the first page. There is a space to provide details but no tab to tick, therefore it will not let me go on to the next page. My daughter died from a GBM 9 weeks ago.

Tick box from 'other' is missing on first page, I am a bereaved parent but it will not let me procede to the next page until I tick one of the boxes. Have sent one blog but it does not appear to be on here.

Hello Sue,

Please accept our sincere apologies – unfortunately there was a small mistake made when designing the survey which cannot now be undone.

The only way to proceed from Q1 if, how you have been affected by cancer isn’t listed, is to tick one of the options and then add a comment in the “other” box.

When we review the results, we’ll make sure we take this into account. Thanks for letting us know.
