Debs Daily Deliberations 79

1 minute read time.
Evening What Nowers Gawd that felt good to say. Well its been a long 4 weeks........one cycle of chemo, chronic constipation, brain swelling, steroids and a new puppy. That saves any of you who didn't follow my "off site" blogs from catching up ;) I am now hoping that the steroids do not cause hair to grow, cos it would be just my bloody luck to grow a flipping beard and still not have any on top of me head!!!!!! Been to Tesco's tonight, the chauffeur took me this time. I have both my sisters visiting me (well probably more to see Ollie but hey) tomorrow as its my 42nd birthday - used to hate getting older, now I am going to wear it like a badge of honour and not just celebrate Friday, its my "birthday weekend" lol. So I got some smoked salmon for sarnies and fresh fruit cocktail, my little sister is baking scones for afternoon tea and have lots of cold fruit drinks with the intention of sitting out on the patio - probably pee down now ! Ollie was introduced to Henry today - he cowered in Dexter's basket......typical guy scared of a vacuum cleaner!! As fast as I tidied the lounge and the dog toys away, Ollie pulled them all back out again. Have to say I feel pooped.....probably the heat and the fact I was out till past 11pm yesterday, having dinner with our neighbours, so I will bid you all a good night and will see you tomorrow - fingers crossed! Thought for today: Deep summer is when laziness finds respectability. Sam Keen

So good to see you back and blogging, although I was playing keepy uppy with you every now and again on your other blog!

Have a lovely day today and for the rest of your birthday weekend.. hope the weather's better for you than it is up here, grey and miserable but at least it's a little cooler!

And if you'd like to swap your untidy pup for my demolition pup, you're quite welcome!

Hope you have a sensational day today.  I did know about the pup but not all the other stuff so I'm glad you're back here and easy to keep up with again. I have a golden reriever who is nearly 4 but still capable of causing havoc.  Today she's scared of the thunder and where I am it is pee-ing down so hope you're doing better.

    much much love, Marly xx
