Can you believe this. Carol, my wife, recently died of cancer. She has not yet been buried (21/5/09). The blog no-one wants to post. My lovely Carol passed away on 7/5/09. We have been together since 1964 and we got married at 21 years old in September 1966. She was lovely, gentle and kind. An elegant lady who loved her clothes and took care of her appearance always. She leaves behind me, and our adult son and daughter. She recently described them as 'my greatest achievements'. My lovely beautiful wife Carol has come home from hospital as nothing can be one for her. She wants to pass away peacefully and painfree in her own surroundings. The hospital arranged transport and a bed for her which is in the living room. She has reached acceptance of her situation and is at peace with herself. Her close family are with her and carers will be attending upon her. Her time in this world is limited…
