Hi there
New to the forum, three weeks after surgery for womb cancer.
Hi Libi1
Welcome to the group
I hope you are recovering well after your surgery
I have my op next week, the nerves are starting to kick in but I have learnt so much from this group I know I will be fine and come out the other side minus the awful cancer
Rest well and continue on your recovery path
Best
Karen
It's going ok, had an infection which is being treated with antibiotics.
However I have suffered with constipation since op and now on movical and lactulose.I think my bowels must have still been asleep!
So things are slowly improving and getting better every day
Glad to read your recovery is going well..
I was diagnosed April 2024 ..stage 1
Total hysterectomy 30th July 2024 ..
Staging upgraded..
Recieved 25 rounds of radiotherapy
4 cycles of chemotherapy
Rang the bell 28th January 2025
Hair is growing back nicely ..
It seems a long road ahead , take one day at a time ..listen to your body . Use this forum its a godsend ..
Good luck on your journey!!
