Hello all. Quite new here but wondered if anyone can tell me how/when a surgeon knows BCC has spread to bones? Is it only on the surgery it is discovered, or do scans show this? Thanks for advice.
Ho joannabee and welcome to the online community
I think this would be a good question to post in ask a nurse as i don't think there's anyone in this group who has had this happen. Clicking on the link I've created will take you there.
I assume that you have been diagnosed with BCC and you're worried about it having spread to your bones. Most BCCs are very slow growing and almost never spread to other parts of the body.
