Hello again John,
I just read that you aren't able to take Abirateterone as you've already had Enzalutamide. My partner had Enzalutamide (good results although it eventually stopped working) and has now been on Abiraterone for the past 6 months or so. Less effective for him than the Enzalutamide but time has marched on and his cancer has progressed so we view any treatment with any effect, however small, to be a positive thing.
Hope this helps. Not sure why you've been refused Abiraterone but I would ask again for clarification. NICE aren't always nice :-)
