New format

I much preferred the old format. Better to navigate but this happens with everything these days, change for changes sake and it keeps the IT department busy. 

Totally agree with you Joe much better the old way .

Yep might keep the IT busy, but people who have posted only a few days back cannot see there post and if a new person joined and got lots of replies then it would be the only one on the page.

I thought it was a problem with the system.

Rubbish. The previous format was fine. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!

They will now. I have just flagged your message to the moderators. In the meantime I'll be missing as there's no point trying to follow threads with the new format.

Hello everyone, I hope you don't mind me posting here, but I've just spotted your posts here and I'm concerned. 

We have not changed the format of the groups or posts. 

I can see that the group looks different and we're working to get the site back to normal. 

Please know that if we ever plan to make any changes in the way that the Community works, we will always let you know in advance. If you spot something which has changed and we haven't announced any changes, you should assume that there's a technical fault. 

I hope that this is helpful, we will work on getting the forum fixed as soon as we can.

Thanks for the update, I could see people just coming on here and getting confused looking at how things are laid out. Hope all is put write soon, as like a good few others do give consoling advice to people that are in distress about what’s to come.
