Hi I think you'll find you just have to throw it away or ask your chemist to dispose of it for you as the hospital won't take it. When Laurence changed food companies and got rid of his trachi we had loads of stuff, the trachi dressings where in sterile wrappers but they wouldn't take them back. The only thing anyone would take was the food pump.
I'll gladly take the giving sets off your hands and pay the postage. As my Laurence will always have a PEG and he uses them for his beer.
